1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a registration request or otherwise using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Service
Register Fast is an independent auxiliary agent that assists individuals and organizations with lodging Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) filing requests — including Business Name and Private Limited Company (Ltd) registrations — through our Abuja liaison. We are not a government agency, and final approval of any filing rests solely with the CAC.
3. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted through our registration form — including proposed business names, applicant details, and contact information — is accurate and complete. Delays or rejections caused by inaccurate information provided by you are outside our control.
4. Turnaround Time
We target a standard processing time of 48 hours from submission to filing status update. This target depends on CAC system availability and response times, and while we work diligently to meet it, we do not guarantee a specific completion time in every case.
5. Fees and Payment
Applicable service fees are communicated to you before your filing is processed. Fees cover standard CAC filing costs and our processing service. Any additional charges (e.g. for name resubmission due to unavailability, or optional add-on services) will always be confirmed with you in advance.
6. Refunds
Because filing fees are paid directly toward regulatory processing, refunds are only available where a filing has not yet been lodged with the CAC. Once a submission has entered the CAC system queue, it typically cannot be reversed or refunded.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays, rejections, or losses arising from CAC system outages, regulatory policy changes, or inaccurate information supplied by you. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the fees you paid for the specific service in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Register Fast and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
