How does the 48-hour registration process work?
Once you submit your proposed business names and details, our team reviews your intake and lodges your filing directly into the Abuja CAC system queue the same day. Most requests receive a name approval status and RC documentation inside 48 hours, though complex filings or high system traffic can occasionally extend that window slightly.
What is the difference between a Business Name and a Company (Ltd)?
A Business Name registration suits sole traders, small partnerships, and consultants who want a simple, low-cost legal identity. A Private Limited Company (Ltd) creates a separate corporate entity with limited liability protection and share allocation — better suited for businesses planning to scale, raise investment, or formally employ staff.
What documents or information do I need to get started?
You only need two proposed business name options, a short description of your business activity, and your applicant details (full name, email, and phone number). We will reach out if the CAC system requires any additional supporting documentation for your specific filing.
How much does registration cost?
Business Name registration starts at ₦50,000, while a Private Limited Company (Ltd) registration starts at ₦150,000. Pricing covers standard CAC filing fees and our processing service; any optional add-ons are always confirmed with you first.
How do I track the status of my registration?
Every submission generates a unique filing reference code (e.g. PT-48213) immediately after you submit the form. Save this code — our team uses it to give you status updates by phone, email, or WhatsApp until your certificate is issued.
What happens if my proposed business name is rejected?
If both proposed names are unavailable or rejected by the CAC registry, we will contact you promptly to propose alternative names at no extra charge, so your filing can continue without unnecessary delay.
Is my information kept secure and confidential?
